Sometimes The Outfit Is the Reason

Not every photo session needs a big concept.

You don't have to spend months planning an elaborate character or dream up an entire story before you can step in front of the camera. Sometimes the inspiration is much simpler than that.

Maybe you found the perfect dress. Maybe it's the jacket that makes you feel effortlessly cool. Maybe you finally put together an outfit you've been imagining for weeks, looked in the mirror, and thought,

"Damn...I look good. I need to remember this."

That's a perfectly good reason to book a session.

Punk Vibes

Some of my favorite portraits have come from the simplest ideas. We find a location that fits the vibe, chase good light, and spend an afternoon playing dress-up.

You don't have to arrive with a fully formed concept or an elaborate vision. Sometimes all you have to bring is a look you love and the willingness to play for an hour or two.

Because joy is worth documenting, even when there's no special occasion.
